SIZING:

For the best fit please measure your wrist with a tape measure and add 1/2 inch to your measurement if you like your bracelet snug or add 1 inch if you prefer your bracelet loose. (If you don't have a tape measure, just use a piece of yarn and then measure with a ruler. If you're unsure, the average women's size is 7".)

Please avoid over-stretching. Although we use durable string, it will never be unbreakable. However, it is made to withstand stretching from putting the bracelet on and taking it off. As long as you take care of it, it will survive most situations. Remember to always give your bracelet a break, leaving it laying down overnight gives the string a chance to shrink back a little.
