Shipping policy

We would like to clarify that our order processing times are separate from the shipping times you see at checkout.

All orders are processed within 2 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates and Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

Free shipping: All orders that are $150+ qualify for free shipping! 

 

Unfortunately, due to the high costs of shipping from our suppliers our shipping costs are higher than we would like them to be.

Shipping within Canada through Canada Post, is approximately double the cost of shipping internationally through Canada Post.  

 

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at [email protected] with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

 

REFUNDS, RETURNS, AND EXCHANGES

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the fact that all of our items are handmade (and/or custom) we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product you purchased is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. If you receive a product that falls into one or more of those categories, please contact us at ([email protected]with your order information as well as details and photos of the product defect. 

We will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a refund or a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price, using the original method of payment.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Please keep in mind that our beads are genuine gemstones, crystals and seeds so not all beads will be exactly the same or perfect!

PLEASE NOTE: In the case that your order qualifies for an exchange, the fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Refunds do not include any shipping and handling charges shown on the packaging slip or invoice. Shipping charges for all returns must be prepaid and insured by you. You are responsible for any loss or damage to hardware during shipment. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Any amounts refunded will not include the cost of shipping.
